Cycle path de l'Ernz Blanche (PC 5)

Cycle path de l'Ernz Blanche (PC 5)

Through the beautiful valley of the White Ernz: the PC5 cycle path runs along the river, past imposing rocks and through picturesque Larochette with its imposing castle.

The cycle path starts in the valley of the White Ernz at Koedange and leads from there northwards through the renaturalised area of the Soup, a fascinating biotope. Through a small rock canyon and over numerous wooden bridges you reach Larochette, a picturesque little town with its pretty market place "Place Bleech" and the imposing castle towering above it. The castle can be reached and visited on foot along a steep path. The Tourist Info in Larochette offers a wealth of information, souvenirs and regional products. There is also a bicycle repair station.  The cycle path continues northwards, along old mills "Follmillen" and "Uelegsmillen" and ends in Medernach. An extension to the north (to cycle path PC16) and south (to cycle path PC2) is planned.
